Welcome to Neravyn at neravin.info. These terms govern all engagements for AI software development services, AI business integration solutions, and associated service offerings.

1. Scope of Services

Neravyn offers custom solutions in advanced intelligence systems, data integration workflows, and consulting in related technologies.

2. Service Categories

2.1 AI Software Development Services

We design, develop, and deploy tailored software to embed intelligent capabilities into applications.

2.2 AI Business Integration Solutions

We connect intelligent modules with enterprise infrastructure to streamline operations and enhance decision support.

2.3 Information Products

We provide digital courses, guides, and toolkits for practitioners and teams seeking to upskill in intelligent system design.

2.4 Physical Goods

We offer hardware devices, development kits, and specialized components to support implementation of intelligent solutions.

3. Orders and Scheduling

Orders are placed via our contact form. Project timelines and delivery dates will be confirmed in writing upon acceptance of a proposal.

4. Fees and Settlement

Fees are due as outlined in the proposal or invoice. Accepted methods include credit card and bank transfer. Unpaid balances may result in suspension of deliverables.

5. Refund and Reimbursement Policy

This policy is organized by offering type.

5.1 AI Software Development and Integration Solutions

Reimbursement requests may be submitted within fourteen days of project commencement. Approved requests will be processed to the original payment method within ten business days. Partially completed milestones may qualify for partial refunds or credit toward future work. Service credits may be transferred to another Neravyn engagement if arranged prior to the original start date.

5.2 Information Products

Digital items are available for immediate download. A full reimbursement is available if requested within seven days of purchase and if less than twenty percent of the content has been accessed. After this period or usage threshold, no reimbursement is possible due to digital distribution.

5.3 Physical Goods

Purchased hardware shipments may be sent back within thirty days of delivery. Goods must be unused and in original packaging. Upon receipt and inspection, a full reimbursement will be issued within fifteen business days. Shipping cost for sending items back is the responsibility of the client. For custom or built-to-specification items, no reimbursement is allowed once production has begun, owing to sourcing and assembly commitments.

6. Transfers and Scheduling Changes

Clients may request to transfer engagements or reschedule services with at least seven days notice before the original start. A rescheduling fee may apply based on resource availability. Requests should be made via our contact form.

7. Intellectual Property

Neravyn retains rights in underlying code and frameworks. Upon full settlement of fees, clients receive a license to use deliverables in their operations.

8. Liability

Neravyn’s liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement. We are not liable for indirect or incidental harms arising from use of our services or products.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Exclusive venue is Zurich.
